Our goal at Beautyfresh.co.uk is to provide a safe, secure and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Beautyfresh.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy and security as a customer and prides itself on being a secure place to shop. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used by Beautyfresh.co.uk (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
When you place an order, we request your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use.
We use this information to process and deliver your order, and to update you on order status. We may also use this information to send you product updates, newsletters, special promotions if you choose to receive these.
Please note, we take your privacy very seriously and do not share your information with any third parties. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

- Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email enquiries@beautyfresh.co.uk of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of your order.
Naturally, we cannot accept returned merchandise which has been used or where the product seal is broken or has been removed, together with any signs of wear, this includes any deodorant or moisturiser marks on the bodies or clothing. If you need to return your product(s), please do so within 7 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please accompany your return with a copy of your website receipt, an explanation of why you are returning it and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item.
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s) returned. Postage costs will be deducted from the refund (£3.99 standard; £5.99 next day). We do not charge any returns fees.
- Payment
We accept paypal and all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, etc), and all online payments are processed through Protx - a secure online system, recommended by the following UK Banks; LloydsTSB, Barclays, HSBC, NATWEST, Bank of Scotland. This is a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details are securely held.
- Shipping information
Next day service is £5.99 but all orders over £100 for delivery in the UK are FREE Next day (Mon-Fri) delivery (if purchased before 4pm). We also offer a 2-3 day service at £3.99 with all orders over £30 delivered free. For international destinations, Beautyfresh.co.uk charge £9.99 for the first item. All items are dispatched the same day if purchased before 4pm. Please note that during peak holiday periods, deliveries may be delayed.
For UK Mainland Deliveries we use either Royal Mail, or a recognised national courier, therefore you may be required to sign for your delivery.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. (if your delivery address is inside the European Union (‘EU’) see ‘Customs clearance responsibilities for EU delivery addresses’). You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
